How to Use the Mattress Configurator

Follow the eight steps below to build your bespoke quote. Every choice is explained to help you get the right mattress for your vehicle.

1

Enter Your Mattress Dimensions

Measure the bed space in your campervan, motorhome or caravan and enter the widest width and longest length in centimetres. Always measure the maximum dimensions — if your bed space has an irregular shape, measure the widest and longest points rather than trying to average them out. There is no upper size limit. Round up to the nearest centimetre for the best fit.

2

Choose Your Mattress Type

Select from six mattress types ranging from budget to luxury. The Essential™ is a full foam mattress — lightweight, affordable and trade-rated, ideal for occasional use. The Comfisan™ is our orthopaedic option with dual-layer foam for better support. The Coolplus™ adds a cooling gel layer for warmer sleepers. The Novolatex™ uses a natural latex comfort layer for a more responsive feel. The Grand Crescent™ is our luxury memory foam and cooling gel mattress — premium comfort without pocket springs. The Imperial Elite™ is our flagship with 2000 individual pocket springs, memory foam and cooling gel — the ultimate bespoke mattress. Each type has a different price point and guarantee period.

3

Select Your Depth

Choose from nine depth options ranging from 2 inches (5cm) to 10 inches (25cm). The right depth depends on the height of your bed base and how much clearance you have above it. A 2" or 3" mattress suits low-profile bed bases or fold-away spaces. A 6" to 8" mattress gives a comfortable night's sleep for regular use. A 10" mattress delivers a luxury feel for full-size motorhome beds with generous overhead clearance. If you are unsure, measure the available height from your bed base to any obstruction above.

4

Choose Your Firmness

Select Medium, Firm or Hard. Medium is our most popular choice and suits most sleepers — it offers a balance of comfort and support. Firm gives enhanced support and is popular with heavier sleepers or those with back problems. Hard is a maximum support option suited to sleepers over 100kg or those who prefer a very solid feel. Firmness is a manufacturing specification and does not affect the price. You can also enter your weight to help guide your choice, though this is optional.

5

Specify Your Cuts

Most campervan and motorhome bed spaces are not a simple rectangle — they have angled corners, wheel arch cutouts or tapered edges. Select No Cut if your space is a standard rectangle. Choose One Cut for a single angled corner or straight cut. Choose Two Cuts for two corners or angles. Choose Multi-Cut for three or more cuts or complex shapes with curves. If you are unsure, choose Multi-Cut and upload your sketch in Step 7 — we will confirm the correct cut category before processing your order.

6

Configure Your Pieces & Connections

If you need your mattress to fold, stack or store away, configure it as multiple pieces here. A 1-piece mattress is a single solid unit — the most common choice. A 2-piece splits into two halves, ideal for a fold-away or island bed. 3 or 4 pieces suit accordion or trifold storage configurations. For multi-piece mattresses you can choose how each join is connected: Loose means the pieces are separate with no connection. Fabric Link joins them with a permanent sewn strap. Zip & Link connects them with a detachable zip. Each connection costs £50 and can be positioned on the topside or underside. If you only need one solid mattress, leave this step as 1-piece.

7

Upload Your Sketch

A sketch is required for all orders. It does not need to be a professional drawing — a clear photo of a hand-drawn sketch on paper is perfectly fine. Your sketch should show the overall shape of the mattress space with all key dimensions marked, including the widest width, longest length and any cut angles or wheel arch measurements. You can draw on paper, take a photo on your phone and upload it here.

8

Submit Your Quote Request

Enter your name, email address and phone number to submit your quote. You will receive a confirmation email with your quote reference number. We will review your sketch, confirm your dimensions and cut complexity, and send you a final confirmed price — usually the same day if submitted before 8pm. Once you are happy with the confirmed price, we will take payment and begin manufacturing. Lead times are typically 3 to 5 working days from payment.
