Four Layer Construction
Deep memory foam that cradles your hips and shoulders, with the breathable foam sealed into the cover so the warmth of a shut-up van never gathers beneath you.

Cover that draws the heat away (Revo™)
The internet calls it cool gel, but there is no gel in it — it is a foam made with open cells, so it releases your body heat rather than bottling it up. The cooling here isn't a loose pad that goes missing: the foam is held between two layers of cover fabric, sewn round the edge and quilted in a wave pattern, so the cover and the cooling are one and the same piece, and it is the first thing you lie on after a long drive. Laboratory testing puts it at 30× more breathable than ordinary memory foam, so heat has nowhere to gather in a closed-up van. Hardly anyone makes a cover like it. When it needs freshening, unzip the cover and the breathable layer comes away with it.

Deep memory foam that moulds to you (Vasco™60)
Top-grade memory foam that warms and gives way beneath you, moulding around your shoulders, hips and the small of your back so pressure lifts off the points that ache after a day on your feet. It quietly swallows movement too, so a partner shifting beside you on a van bed barely registers.

Under the deep foam sits a springy support layer that catches your weight and holds your back in line. That is why you can settle into the surface and still wake up supported, rather than sagging through to the base.

Firm base layer
A firm, breathable base that anchors the whole mattress and keeps its shape through years of use, yet stays light enough to shift and manoeuvre in the tight quarters of a van.

Measuring Guide
We make the foam to the measurements you send us, and the cover then adds a couple of millimetres to the final size.
If your bed drops into a snug recess — as it often does in VW and coachbuilt conversions — or you want a little slack for tucking bedding in, trim your figures down a touch. That part's purely personal preference.
