Cover with the cool-gel foam sealed inside (CoolGuard™)
The trade calls it cool gel, but there is no gel in it. The cooling here isn't a loose pad that goes missing — the cooling foam is sewn straight into the zip-off cover, so the cover and the cooling are one and the same piece. You feel the coolness the second you drop onto the bed after a long drive, and it keeps working all night; laboratory testing puts it at 30× more breathable than ordinary memory foam, so heat has nowhere to gather in a closed-up van. When it needs freshening, unzip the cover and the cool-gel layer comes away with it.

Deep memory foam that moulds to you (Vasco®60)
Top-grade memory foam that warms and gives way beneath you, moulding around your shoulders, hips and the small of your back so pressure lifts off the points that ache after a day on your feet. It quietly swallows movement too, so a partner shifting beside you on a van bed barely registers.

Measuring Guide
We cut the foam to the exact measurements you send us, and the cover then adds a couple of millimetres to the final size.
If your bed drops into a snug recess — as it often does in VW and coachbuilt conversions — or you want a little slack for tucking bedding in, trim your figures down a touch. That part's purely personal preference.
